How do I get a jroller password reset? I've tried emailing dzone support but have received no response. HELP!

As a result of your efforts, our culture has been strengthened. No matter what I do to reset my password, I am unable to log in to my regular account at (https://samuraiarmorshop.net/hat/). Please let me know how I might resolve this.
